Since we have several things that must be noted to the STs either immediately or soon after it happens, we decided to make a page detailing which things must be reported.

NPC Interaction
If you do anything IC that would involve NPC interaction, you must report it. This includes, but is not limited to: calling the police, an ambulance, the people at ISSH (or any other NPC), doing something that breaks the law in public, doing something at ISSH that breaks the rules, or anything that would involve mass reactions in the location, such as shape shifting, unleashed animals (especially wild or frightening animals), fighting/killing/serious abuse, serious derangement reactions, etc.
Whispering/Writing/Signing IC
If your character whispers, speaks another languages, writes a conversation out ic, uses some sort of hand signals, etc to communicate it must be done in a channel. If you need to keep this information secret, come to #help, #phone, or #cell and rp it there. Please note in the channel you are in where the conversation happened, and in the new channel what you are doing.
Illegal Items
Acquiring anything illegal must be done in one of two ways. You must either receive the illegal item directly from someone IC (IE a 20+ year old PC hands your 16 year old a beer) or you must run it through an ST before using the item IC. You may not say you got an item from a non-played character (IE "I just bought the vodka off a homeless guy"). As mentioned above, NPC interactions go through an ST. You can, however, come to #help (or note) and say "I am going to Musashino park to try and find some pot". We may make you make a roll or use allies, etc. Either way, the STs will deal with it as needed. This is not something you can decide on your own. Also, realize, having an ally to acquire illegal items does not mean you automatically have the item. You must still come to #help (or note an ST) and ask for the item. It will then be added to your sheet until it is used. If it is not listed on your sheet (or you are explicitly told by an ST you have it) you do not have the item.
A list of some examples of illegal things are as follows: Underage alcohol or cigarettes, drugs, weapons, contraband, black market items (IE legal things acquired illegally), etc. This list is not all inclusive, but it is meant to give you an idea.
Dominate
All uses of Dominate 1, 2, 3, and 4 must be told to and acknowledged by an ST so it can be recorded and tracked for each character, otherwise it is considered null and void. If the STs do not have a record of the Dominate Command, Erasure, or Conditioning, then it did not happen.
Mind Reading/Telepathy
All uses of Mind Reading or Telepathy must either be done in channel or in #help, otherwise the use will be voided.
Blood Exchanges
All feeding or feeding from non-kindred must be reported immediately by both players involved. If this is not reported within 20 minutes of the scene ending, the exchange will be voided. This is not necessary for kindred exchanges, you can simply use the give blood command.
Ghouling/Embracing
Obviously when you ghoul/are ghouled or embrace/are embraced, you need to let the STs know so we can change your character template when appropriate.
Morality Checks
If you feel that there is even a remote chance your character needs to roll a morality check (or that another character needs to roll one in regards to something done to your character), please let us know or note us at some point during <bold>that day</bold>. Please do not roll for morality checks during the scene, let us know about the scene (when and where it was) and we will review the scene. If you need to roll, you will be called into #help and told what is appropriate to roll.
